This January, our Triple Shot review presents a tri-llection of electronic dark ambience and funereal rhythmic noise. Triple Shot is posted once a month if we can help it, and the music listed can consist of the very old or the very new—it’s up to our curator, and he’s an eclectic one. 

Allicorn. A solo artist producing a transfusion, of dark and hypnotic witchhouse electronica, with shimmering synths and atmospheric sounds layered over fire-crackling audio. Her influences range from black metal to psychedelic dance and 90’s shoegaze. Here’s a hypnotic and emotional track called Arcana:

C-Lekktor, Dark EBM. If you like electro body music and want to trance yourself out to an underworld of industrial, aggressive beats. For those who like what they like and want to hear what they expect from EDM, C-Lekktor will provide. Check out Obsession:

Saving the best dish of sinister, creep-out trance for last, we’ve got IV Horsemen. If you’re in the mood to throw a curse, definitely put this album on in the background of your bloody, candlelit altar (fake blood, for the purpose of not getting sued).
